A group of friends brave single digit temps to catch a string aurora display on the frozen Talkeetna River, Talkeetna, Alaska. The aurora appeared at 10 pm and was quiet at first. As the evening progressed the green bands increased until it covered most of the sky. These friends ventured onto the frozen Talkeetna River for a clear view of the show which lasted through 2am.
