"Not Alone, Just Lonely" was taken in a NYC nightclub. It was late in the night, and therefore not too crowded. In this unique situation, it was easy to study the crowd; what that guy really thought about the bill, what that gal really thought about him, and at the end of the night why they were all truly there. Something about the truth of it all combined with the silence of the blasting music, as well as the cool-toned flashing lights, felt surprisingly very lonely.
