Novitiation ceremony in Myanmar.
Myanmar Buddhist parents take great pride when their sons are initiated as little novices called 'Ko Yin ',to stay the monastery for several days after novitiation ceremony called 'Shin Pyu'. The boys are dressed up as princes and paraded around the pagodas of their village on horses or even elephants.
