Oak tree in the mist on the Chicago lakefront
Most people believe that cities do not have nature spots. One of my favorite spots in Chicago is Montrose Point Bird Sanctuary. Just north of downtown it is filled with birds and wildlife. On this cold day it it was filled with mist and made the old oak look ghostly. This too is Chicago.
