The March 2018 March for Our Lives in Washington, DC saw thousands or protesters arrive in Washington in a show of support for more comprehensive gun control in the wake of the Parkland, Florida school shooting. This protester holding a sign referencing a common right-wing conspiracy theory that former President Obama wanted to fully disarm the US populace can be seen in front of the counter-protesters. Many of the counter-protesters appeared to be militia and came in full tactical gear.
