Michael Rivers is a retired Army Paratrooper, after serving the country he came home to Boise, Idaho. In February of 1993, Michael was working at HOFF moulding plant. He was operating a back rip saw, it got clogged with saw dust, there was two red buttons, he turned off one button unknowingly it was a wrong one, he removed the side plate and thinking the machine was completely off, he reached into the saw to clear clog and the awful accident occurred. Doctors was attempting to attach his fingers but the middle finger was dying due to lack of adequate blood flow, the final decision was to remove it.
