This is the Oconaluftee River, located in the Great Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. My friends and I were on a road trip through the Great Smoky Mountains and pulled over to take a break. While stopped one of my friends decided to venture a little upstream, and I decided to take pictures of her there. She can be faintly seen on the left hand side of the photograph, but this quickly became our favorite picture of the trip.
