A bus trip to the Tacugama Chimpanzee Sanctuary welcomed me with a unique sign. The chimps living there, traumatized by war or abuse, could no longer live freely with the townspeople. Photos of each chimp's face and QR Code adorned the sign so I would know the chimps personally.
