Old Santa Fe Railroad, Pinole, California.
The initial railroad was San Francisco & San Joaquin Valley, controlled by AT&SF (Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe) entering Pinole around 1899. So, the bridge was built about 1899, and may well have been rebuilt later for heavier traffic.
