On storm filled evening, rush hour traffic crossed Skyway Bridge’s elevated approach
From the Skyway South Fishing Pier, I watched clouds and rain enveloped the Sunshine Skyway Bridge and downtown St. Petersburg. While this was past rush hour, there was substantial traffic crossing Tampa Bay. The rain, wet Skyway columns and traffic created an eerie effect for a unique perspective.
