It is possible to take a picture in Paris that does not have the infamous Louvre pyramids or the Eiffel Tower. However, in the case of this photo, though less recognizable, this Eiffel Tower is there. After climbing the stairs to one of the lookout platforms, you can take in Paris all around you and if you need a little extra help taking in the sights, there is a telescope there to help. I was intrigued by the telescope after recently rewatching the movie Monte Carlo in which three small town American women explore Paris, the city of lights.
