Since ancient times, people lived under the Khmer An Giang hamlet, mostly upland farming and cattle used for plowing, so the cow was raised people, well cared for. Farming season, bringing Khmer cow man plowing farmland for women to transplanting, then gradually change to another company. While working, cow racing altogether farmers, gradually the habit, oxen often awarded winners. Since then, racing cows become customary Khmer Seven Mountains-An Giang on each occasion and the annual Dolta Sene become traditional festivals, typical of the Khmer ethnic minority people in An Giang Nui Bay.
