I met this woman in the Roma village called Sasha, near the city of Petrosani, Romania. The village is located on the outskirts of the city, isolated, with no means of transportation, running water or electricity. This woman invited me to see her house -one room, where she lives with her family. The 14 members of her family live on her pension, 150 lei, i.e. approx. 25 U.S. dollars.
