13th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
One of the many cliff jumping points in Alegria-Matutinao-Kawasan Canyoneering Trail in Cebu, Philippines

Canyoneering is an outdoor activity held in-between canyons through rappelling, climbing, swimming, walking, and jumping. More than the activity, the experience with nature was truly a worthwhile travel adventure. This particular canyoneering site in Cebu took me 5 hours through 14 cliff jumping points with heights that ranges from 10 to 12 meters, strong current, and deep canyons. One of the best ways to travel sustainably! Definitely an adventure for adrenaline junkies and daredevils like myself.
