I took this picture in Luang Prabang (Laos). Every morning between 5 and 6 am takes place the Sai Bat (morning alms, it is a longstanding tradition in Laos Buddhist culture). It involves people placing food and personal care items into the alms bowls of passing monks. It's a silent and sacred ceremony.
