Otters in the Elkhorn Slough

Southern Sea Otters are an endangered population. They are also a keystone species, not only in the Elkhorn Slough, but in the Monterey Bay ecosystem. We were in the area to film a documentary short about these incredible animals and how they help keep the bay and the slough healthy despite continuing threats from pollution, disease and environmental change.
