A majestic place where a small city runs up to a beautiful river. Floods ravage the area during spring nearly every year, but during summer its the coolest place to be. Water temps are in the 60's and the park offers whitewater kayaking/canoeing. This specific morning the sun was just perfect as were the fall colors during early fall. ENJOY!
