Our Great Texas Capital. In AUSTIN Texas is our great Capital of Texas. Although, closed during the COVID-19 pandemic, this photograph was able to be taken outside of the gates. Many bills have been passed in this very building, including the cystic fibrosis caucus for newborn screenings, so that all in America and abroad could be tested as newborns for cystic fibrosis, which my twins have. I am proud to have participated in the health and well being of every child being tested due to the bill being passed in this very building.
