Out Casts, watching other kids play.

The kids in the picture can't play with others because of their curly and blonde hair. They are also the descendants of African slaves, moved by the Portuguese army to Baluchistan, south of Iran. Outcasted by society because of their race, and outcasted by their own because of their distinctive looks.
