Overgrown

OVERGROWN We have this way of humanising life. We humanise our memories and the places in which they were made. I grew up in my Grandad’s swimming pool, I went there almost everyday to swim and pretend to drown in front of my sister, watching the crystal blue reflections of the water bounce around the walls. Years went by and I outgrew the swimming and drowning and floating around. The older we got the more we neglected the pool. Life continued to grow, even when it wasn’t humanised.
