Owl on Duty

Owls surround our local neighborhood in Waxahachie, TX. They not only visit us with joyful music at night, but they swoop overhead after a rainfall, when all the worms and other dainty appetizers make their way to the surface of the ground. Although these flying friends communicate loudly to each other all night, they help keep our yards well-controlled. They protect their nests, and take pride in the community, like Woodridge Road, in which they play an important role.
