Packard- V12, 1,600 Horse Power. PT boat engine on display for viewing at a collectors car auction. I was attending this preview of cars to be auctioned at Santa Monica airport. The Packard was parked parallel to a chain linked fence. There were many bidders examining the car from the side which faced the parking area. I wedged myself between the opposite side and the chain linked fence taking the picture facing the parking area. To say the least, I had a hard time getting myself back out.
