I was on my daily walk with my dog in my Florida neighborhood. On the pavement was a scrap of palm tree bark. To me, it looked like flowing hair. So I saved it (as I often do when I find scraps of nature that speak to me in some creative way). Further down, I found a branch of a flowering tree. When I put them both together on the pavement I saw a woman holding a bunch of flowers.I photographed them together. I then brought the photo into Procreate and drew the woman I saw in my mind. A bit more editing in Photoshop to ensure proper resolution and she has come to life.
