I had visited Alpine, Texas before but this was the first time I had seen the paloverde plant with its full heavy white flowers. They are really huge. I love the way they look like torn cloth, and the head falls over with its weight. I found something to climb on in order to take the photo at the flower's height ! In the strong sun.
