Parading Down a French Quarter Street

A New Orleans brass band parades down a French Quarter street one afternoon. These impromptu parades are often put on for conventions and visitors but can literally pop up anywhere. This was a Wednesday after work and I happened upon this scene that really captures the New Orleans attitude - life happens, so enjoy it while you can!
