My neighbors wife was a pacifist to his stoic nature before his dementia came. When his dementia came, she was unrecognizable. So in order to ease his uncomfortably around her, he referred to her as Ms.Penguin. And every so often, would say to me, "Look at the one with the cape, tiny arms and legs, blue scarf around the neck, short like a penguin."
