Paul is a friendly, talkative guy whose home is on my daily exercise route. When jogging in my neighborhood, I tend to be obsessive about not relaxing until reaching my final destination. However, I find it impossible not to stop and relax when Paul calls out to me from his porch for some spirited conversation. My heart rate may be down but my spirits are always up after spending time with Paul.
