Pelicans take off at sunset
Pelicans migrate from the cold European winter to Africa. During this long flight they stop in the Middle East to rest and gain weight. This picture was taken in a feeding station erected by authorities to enable Pelicans to eat without causing damage to agriculture. They spent a day in this station and continued south while the sun set.
