perched on the edge of Victoria Falls

After visiting the main site of Victoria Falls, we took a boat to Livingstone Island, which is perched near the top of the falls. We took off our shoes, donned ponchos and very gingerly tiptoed our way barefoot through the slippery mud to the edge of the falls. Somehow the guide talked me into sitting down on a rock about 1 foot from the edge - with a drop of 108 meters behind me. If you look into my eyes, you might see both panic and exhilaration! Behind me you will also see a rainbow peeking through the mist.
