When I parked the RV along the side of the road at Vesturhorn Mountain in Iceland I prayed that the clouds above would disappear. As the sun set, I could see the aurora high in the sky, completely covered by the clouds. I tried to sleep, waking up every hour to check the clouds. Finally at 2am the clouds parted and I was treated to this amazing aurora dance!
