Winter rain feeds this spring fed waterfall located on Table Mountain, outside of Oroville, CA. I have been to this location previous times but was never able to capture Phantom falls flowing like this. After a good rain storm, I hiked out to Phantom falls to capture its beauty. This waterfall only exist after a good rainfall.
