Phobjikha Road Crossing 1
Phobjikha is a 3000m high glacial valley in Bhutan and a biological hotspot for endangered animals like the black-necked crane. The Bhutanese authorities take special care in conservation here, ensuring that only limited roads are built, and that they are carefully constructed without disturbance to the Nake Chuu and Phag Chuu River.
