It's a quiet a climb up the hill to the top for a precious photo moment with Pagoda. Red Hill Park (Hoshan Park) which is regarded as the symbol of Urumqi. It is a public park based on a mountain (940m) which is formed by aubergine rock. There is a tall Buddhist pagoda on the top of mountain from which you can get surperb views of the whole Urumqi City.
