We were spending vacation time at a rental in Pine, Arizona when a mother and baby deer suddenly visited our yard. Both laid down near us, and the baby only a few feet away.As the fawn stayed so still and quiet, I kept my distance and made sure not to make any sudden moves. The baby and mother seemed at easy so I got down on the ground to get the view from its perspective.
