The pineapples are being brought to a market where they will be sold. Madhupur, where the market is held, is also called the city of pineapple, due to the number of pineapples harvested in the region. Farmers, some having to walk 10km, bring their heavy-laden bikes full of pineapples as they bring them to market. The farmers will attach 100 pineapples to each bike and the weight of each bicycle, when fully loaded, is in the region of 250 kg to 300kg.
