The Jaguar Rescue center in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica isn't home to just jaguars and sloths but to an array of ill, injured and orphaned animals. Pistachio, a permanent resident, is only one example of the numerous animals that have been treated through the rescue center. It was clear within minutes of visiting that Pistachio the Pelican reigned supreme of the center.
