I captured this image while standing on the bleachers at the 82nd Annual meeting of Pierce Pepin Cooperative services on March 23, 2019 as members of this group were placing hand over heart repeating the Pledge Allegiance to the American Flag. This is a patriotic tradition that I think fits the American experience well.
