Pod of Pelicans in Unexpected Location
This flock (pod) of pelicans is in an unusual place, about as far from the ocean as one can get in North America. It is probably a pod that nests on Yellowstone Lake or Buffalo Bill Reservoir, thirty-five miles southwest -- as the... uh... pelican flies!
