We were on a Tundra Buggy near Churchill, Manitoba, Canada. We had been watching several bears interacting. The temperature was in the low 30's F, which was warm for the bears. This one decided to lie down on the ice of a freshwater pond to cool off (Hudson Bay was not yet frozen).
