My partner and I were house/pet-sitting in France when this picture was taken. I took the picture after I had scattered food for the roosters and chicken. The white Polish chicken made an interesting subject. As I focused on her, she suddenly burst.. into a spirited dance. Her vibrating wings embodied the true essence of this nation's "joie de vivre."
