I walked through the Teze Azerbaijanian Bazaar. WOW, crates bulging with pomegranates. Each, a red leathery ball, sporting a "crown" atop of its fruit justifying the title, "King of Fruit." Highly regarded, suitors gift pomegranates to show their intentions of love while others give them as offerings of goodwill, fertility and friendship.
