In the late summer evenings, we discovered numerous culinary delights within the alleys of Porto, Portugal. Where there was nothing but closed up doors earlier in the day, suddenly a city of pop-up restaurants emerged with enticing menus of scrumptious meals. Previous strangers became dinner companions, sharing food, wine and stories over the course of the evening.
