I was taking a walk on the outskirts of the city park in my hometown of Aytos, Bulgaria during a pause in the spring rain. Poppies are a very common flower in Bulgaria during the spring, and all of a sudden, I noticed a huge patch of them, nicely silhouetted against the dark blue sky and rain clouds. I had to get down low to capture the flowers and the sky from a more interesting vantage point, but getting wet was worth it!
