“We met online during lockdown so had to maintain a distance for our first few dates, sticking out the winter cold for as long as we could and sipping takeaway coffees. Once our respective bubbles had been consensually popped we had dinner together, and have done ever since. Our outlooks on life are spookily, but comfortingly familiar. She feels like home.
