Port city lights Colombo
Colombo port city is a huge project done by the Sri Lankan government with the association of Chinese government. The aim is to construct a new city by extending the land towards sea artificially. This is totally a disaster to the coastal environment. Is this a try to hide that bad story behind the port city by illuminating the construction area?
