Porto & Gaia Autumn traces of light
Porto & Gaia are two sister cities from the North of Portugal that have grown together, side by side, in times of abundance & times of depression since roman times. Separated by the Douro River but unified by the immense Portuguese seacoast and the intense commercial activity promoted by the Porto Wine produced in the interior of the region. It’s one of the hidden European jewels to be explored by any adventurer keen to learn/discover cities with a long cultural background, warm-hearted people, picturesque architecture and particularly overwhelming landscapes. In the picture, the last rays of light of an Autumn’s day embellishing the traces of both cities.
