Portrait of a Ewe
A curious ewe looking at the photographer. In this portrait you can see the beautiful texture of the sheep's wool, and the horizontally elongated pupils, which give sheep greater peripheral vision. I find all the different shapes of pupils that exist in the animal kingdom fascinating because they tell us more about how different animals see and experience the world.
