Portrait of Duboq Terai

Duboq Terai is one of the very few remaining Jahai in Royal Belum whose nose-piercing from childhood allows a porcupine quill to be inserted as an adornment. This form of piercing is known as septum piercing. It is a piercing that goes through the cartilage between the nostrils.⁣
