This photo was shot in the Omo Valley, which is located within Africa's Great Rift Valley. It is renowned for the fascinating cultural diversity of its tribes, who have kept their way of life pretty much intact for thousands of years. Tourism is making its presence felt here, but tourists, as far as we could see, were still the minority.
