This is a rainbow overlooking Grass Valley. In 2021 Utah experienced one of the worst droughts in its history. The governor asked Utahns to pray for rain and was criticized for doing so. Whether or not you believe in prayer, the rain finally fell in Utah, and the people were so grateful.
